The Staff Development theme this week at Montgomery Intermediate School has been "Rallying Together Towards Success" and our staff has met the challenge with positive attitudes and a team spirit. Faculty members were teamed up with various MIS co-workers and have had to complete a "Scavenger Hunt" of activities in order to earn points. They even got our community members involved...thanks goes out to realtor, Ruth Stultz and local fire marshall, Brian Edwards, for helping our teams reach their point goals.
The teams even competed in a few athletic events, which really required some to "dig deep" and "rally their youthful skills" once again! From egg races to basketball goals, our teams, the Raging Roadsters, the Tank Toppers, the Ladybugs, the Big Wheels, and the Bears Gone Wild have really "rallied together" for a great "Back to School" week! Way to go MIS!
