MHS Theatre Fall Production: Dearly Departed
A drop-dead funny comedy that will keep you in stitches!
- WHEN: October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at 7:00 p.m. with a matinee at 3:00p.m. on Saturday the 4th
- COST: Students $5; Adults $7

Theatre Department
The Mission Statement of the Montgomery High School Theatre Department is to provide each student with a diversity of experience, exposure, and opportunity as well as develop an appreciation and love for theatre through good literature based on community standards. The goal of MTD is to empower students to go beyond the classroom to become life-long learners.
Drama Club
This club is open to all students who would like to be part of the exciting Theatre department. Activities involve theatre games, upcoming events, traveling to theatrical performances and Community projects for the year. There will be a $10.00 due, and t-shirt will be given to Club members.
The Drama Club meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month in Mrs. Ray's Theatre Room at 7:00 a.m.
Technical Theatre
This aspect of the theatre department is foundational to the success of any production. Students involved in this part of theatre construct and paint sets, furniture and other physical necessities as well as design lighting, scenery, and sound plots for each show. These students help with properties, costumes, make-up and hair design. They assist in Front of House Management for every show, which includes program design, tickets and concessions.
